Wall Decal Installation Guide

!! Wall graphics must be applied to a clean, smooth, dry and non-porous interior surface.

!! Please DO NOT apply to textured wall surfaces.

!! Freshly applied paint should be allowed to cure for a minimum of 5-6 weeks prior to wall graphic application.

** Before applying the decal to your wall. Lay the decal on a flat surface and run the squeegee over the decal applying pressure. This will help release the decal from the backing.

Do NOT use carrier sheet as a guide for measurements. Please measure the decal itself to your wall accordingly.

1. Place decal on wall and tape into place

2. For larger decals place hinge tape running through the center of the decal. Smaller decals can be hinged on one side. If your graphic is made up of more than one panel, panels will overlap by approximately 1/4” inch. When the entire graphic has been applied to the wall, re-squeegee the edges of the graphic to ensure a good bond.

(Optional) 3. Mark guides on edges with pencil and tape for proper alignment.

4. Flip the decal over and slowly remove backing and cut the backing away. For larger decals a second set of hands is recommended.

5. Flip decal back into place and lightly squeegee from the center radiating out to the edges. Gradually increase pressure with the squeegee for proper adhesion. 6. Repeat the process for the other half.
7. Slowly remove transfer tape. 8. If the decal comes up with the transfer tape squeegee over the mask again as needed.
